1. How can I get an invoice?

1. Access via your account
   Additionally, if you create an account on our website, you will have access to your purchased content at any time. Simply log in to your account to download products directly from your purchase history.
2. Selecting products
   Go to our store and select the eBooks or Work Cards you are interested in. Add them to your cart to proceed to checkout.
3. Purchase and payment
   Once you have finished shopping, go to your cart and follow the instructions on the website to pay for your order. You can choose the most convenient payment method, e.g., card payment.
4. Receiving materials
   Once your payment has been processed, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with a download button, and you will receive an email with attachments containing your purchased materials. Check your inbox, including your spam folder, if you do not see the message.

4. How long will I have access to the courses and files I have purchased?

Access to each purchased product is lifetime. This means that you pay once and can use it forever, with no time limit. In addition, the course content is updated regularly.

5. How do I get the certificate?

After completing the course and successfully passing the exam, the “Show Certificate” button will appear. Click on it to download your certificate.

6. Certificate

The certificate you receive after completing the course confirms that you have acquired knowledge and skills in a given subject area. Please note that it does not entitle you to practice as a psychologist, psychotherapist, or diagnostician. The certificate is proof of course completion and the acquisition of new skills that can support your personal or professional development within your existing qualifications.
